1798 S.154 R4+ 1st Hair Style Draped Bust Large cent, PCGS G details, code 98 for damage.  Considering the badly bulged dies, this coin is really at least VG details.  Despite the small, very old, not-so-deep digs in the middle of both the obverse and reverse, this is a great coin for the assigned grade... smooth and pleasing and with outstanding, medium chocolate brown color.  A rare and desirable coin from the
PA Collection we recently purchased - and the second to the last one from that source.  The collection was formed by a serious, sharp-eyed specialist from the late 1940's through the early 1980's, and contained a few hundred really cool coins.  But this is the next to last one!  Get yours while you still can.  Thanks for your participation, and good luck.
