1952 Buick Super

Description

For Sale:  A very nice 1952 Buick Super 2-doorhardtop with the very rare front and rear bumper guards.  Re-chromed bumpers and bumper guards. Runs and drives. Dynaflow Automatic.  Straight 8. Power steering and manual brakes. Steers good and good brakes. Has very good wide whites and correct original hubcaps. The body is very solid and the paint is very good also with a few minor chips present on the passenger's side door area. Nice glass with a small crack on the rear edge driver's side rear window. Original engine compartment looks good. There is a slight exhaust leak. Solid underside. Very nice stainless. The doors and trunk open and shut solidly. The hood does need adjustment on passenger's side. The shifter is a little stiff in selecting. Very small trans drip. Does drip a small spot after driving around town. The following items are working:
horn, radio works great and sounds clear, all gauges ( Amp, fuel, temp, oil pressure, speedo, trip, and odometer), wipers work, brake lights and backup lights, spotlight swivels and lights up, cigarette lighter, all windows and vents work well, headlights and brights and red "Bright Lights" indicator on speedo, front and rear turn signals blink, and the front seat adjusts forward and backward. The heater and defroster controls are stiff and the fan is pretty faint.
The interior has been redone and looks great and is very comfortable.  The gauges are clear and working. The headliner is nice and so are the seats and door panels. Redone in the original style.
As you can see in the pictures, this 1952 Buick Super looks very nice from front to back.  Not perfect, but very nice. The ride is smooth and the manual brakes are good.  Not many really nice '52 Super 2-door hardtops around and almost none with rechromed front and rear bumpers guards.
