    This is a previously-owned, partial set of white “Deep South Folded Notes” blank stationary cards designed by Donabeth Jones and manufactured for the Hungry Artist Studio in the 1970s. There are no longer 8 complete, as one or two have been used.
    Donabeth Jones and her husband lived most of their lives in Minnesota. After retirement, they relocated to an old house hidden behind Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. From there, in the early 1970s, Donabeth began painting the local New Orleans architecture, the local residents, and the local music scene. When her husband passed away in 2001, Donabeth moved back to Minnesota and continues to reside there today.
