Condition: Overall good condition. See pictures for details on condition. Binding still tight, some notations on title page, small discolorations on first few pages shown, minimal dogears, light coffee type stain on outer lower right edges, small tear in map pocket (not shown). Map good other than a 2-3" straight tear along one fold line (not shown). (Did not open map all the way - only opened partially as shown in picture.)
Approximate Dimensions: Book- 6 wide x 9 high. Map - ANSI D size 22x34.
