We are saying Lakota Sioux Style since we are not experts but the pattern is similar to those from Lakota tribe . This could be Lakota Sioux . The craftsmanship is amazing the beadwork and color combination are stunning and no flaws are noted on this top the base has lost it’s leather and belt clip or hair clip portion . The total size of this oval top is 4 1/2” by 3”
