These are unopened and sterile! The picture of the open one is mine as a sample only.
This is for a 900 ML or 30 oz. bag not the smaller 540ML or 18 oz which is "trust me too small for everyday!
Last thing you want to happen is it to explode, tube disconnect or have a very large bulge on your leg (it's happened to me!).The larger bag mitigates all of that.

I rinsed my daily for reuse. And used old socks around my leg and headband around my thigh to prevent chaffing! on my skin.
I have great other advice on how to use, I've had lots of experience! I.E. Cut socks, extra straps to hold up and more!
