The controller is designed to have a 2-3 degree buffering zone before powering on again after reaching set temperature. Do not immerse controller or probe into water.
Celsius or Fahrenheit: Press and hold “DOWN” button for 3 sec to display temperature in Celsius; press and hold “UP” button for 3 sec to display temperature in Fahrenheit.
Adjust Temperature Setting: 1.Press and hold "SET" button for 3 seconds to enter the temperature selection mode. 2.Press " UP" or "DOWN" button to adjust the temperature that you want to set. 3.Then Press "SET" button again to confirm.
