We have a firm 30 day return policy. If the buyer is not satisfied with the item for any reason, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt in the new condition it is shipped and we will refund your money minus the shipping fees. If the item is to be returned, email for a return authorization number and one will be issued. The number must be written on the outer package. All items must be returned in the original package material. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. If the item is returned, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Any damages incurred in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier thus all items shipped are insured. All claims for damages are filed by Wild Fox Music. Our customers receive a refund or replacement at our option upon the return of the damaged item to Wild Fox Music. NO EXCEPTIONS are made on our return policies.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Due to the inability to obtain insurance to many  countries without the buyer having to pay much higher shipping fees, we  cannot insure international packages. Each item will get a tracking number and this will be sent to the buyer via email. Once the package is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier/carriers and  is no longer the responsibility of this seller as we have NO control over the carrier/carriers. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON LOST PACKAGES SENT INTERNATIONALLY. This policy is firm and no exceptions will be made.
