    NAPCO GEM-RP8 Gemini Alarm Keypad
    Item Description:
    Your  system  consists  of  a  control  panel  (a  computer  housed  within  a  white  metal  panel  enclosure),  one  or  more  GEMINI  Decorator  Keypads  for  controlling  the  system,  and  various  security  detection  devices.    These  detection  devices  are  divided  among separate areas known as ìzonesî, set up throughout your premises.  Each zone number corresponds to a Zone light on your Keypadís display area.   When a zoneís number is ON (or lit), it indicates that one or more detection device(s) assigned to that area are active or open. For example, if Zone 1 is the front door, and it is open, the 1 on the keypad display will be lit.  If zone 2 is a motion detector, and there is movement in that area, 2 will light.  Depending upon the actual layout your security professional has chosen to properly protect your premises, each zone may function a little differently:  The zone protecting your front door may be programmed as an  Exit/Entry  zone  to  allow  you  time  to  enter  the  premises  and  disarm  the  system,  without  inadvertently  sounding  the  alarm.    Alternatively, a zone protecting a window could be designated as an ìinstantî zone, so that if it is entered or opened while the system is on/armed, there will be an immediate alarm.

    We use USPS and FedEx for out  domestic and international shipping.
    Please let us know if your address is  residential or commercial. Businesses being operated from homes, apartments, or  other dwellings where people live on premises are not considered commercial  addresses.
    Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico may include additional  charges. Please contact us for the exact shipping charge.
    International  shipping charges only cover the cost of shipping and insurance. We are not  responsible for any customs/duty/tax/brokerage fees that may be incurred. These  are the sole responsibility of the buyer. As these fees are assessed by each  country we are unable to quote a price for or control them. We can only ship to  addresses which are Confirmed or Verified through PayPal. We cannot declare  items at a lesser value or as "gifts."
    Returns Policy
    If you need to return an item for a refund or a  replacement please see the few simple steps below.
    Returns:
    If an item you received is defective, we will certainly  replace the item with a new one, however, we do not cover or reimburse the  shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will  ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to  ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
    We will send a  product replacement after the authorized return has completed our  receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within 2 business days  following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time  around major Holidays and/or weekends.
    Although it is our goal to ship a  replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we  receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
    Refunds:
    Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase  2-5 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the  value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
    All returned  merchandise must be in original condition, and must include -where applicable-  the original factory box . UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact, and  factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g.  battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without  markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork that were sent with the item must be included. We will not process the  return if any of these conditions are not met.
    Returned merchandise  that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility.  It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all  merchandise being returned to us.
