New never used, item has a scuff on side from shipping and handling, seat has small tear on the top and the steering wheel a fracture from shipping damage. Nothing that will affect the performance of the unit and item will work perfectly, steering wheel can be changed if desired.
Provide 15 to 40 lb. of pad pressure and floating suction head for excellent pad-to-floor contact. Built-in dust control system captures 0.3 micron particles for improved air quality.
