If there is an issue, and you will be returning an item, I ask that you return it in the original condition in which it was advertised.  Tags must remain attached to all clothing, for example.
I do not accept returns for new items that have been opened and/or used.  The new item must be returned unopened, sealed and unused.
To receive a refund for a lot, all items in that lot must be returned in their advertised condition.
Packages shipped with priority mail include insurance - any damage in shipping due to mishandling by the postal system would require proof of damage through pictures and have to be addressed with an insurance claim with the postal service.
