Older General floor buffer, commercial

Description

An older unit, runs but has a couple of problems:  one of the two trigger switches beneath the handle is partly broken off, also the black and gray cords do not connect, seems like they should but the one will not go into the other, so that will need to be fixed. Plugged in with another cord, I did run it for a while. No brushes included.
Must be picked up near Morgantown, PA.
