WHAT YOU CAN PERSONALIZE
TEXT
— can be any name, words, letters, or combination (text will be capitalized as shown in photos).
INK
— select one or more of 30 ink colors (different colors can be used for each word or even letter).
SIZE
— notepad is available in small (5" x 8") and large (8" x 10.5").
LINES
— choose narrow (1/4"), medium as shown (9/32"), or wide (11/32") line spacing (or no lines) for the notepad.
ENVELOPE
— choose from 25 envelope colors.
ADDRESS
— include a return address on envelope front or back/flap.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How quickly do you ship?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Depending on volume and time of day of submission, it is possible for some orders to ship same-day. If you need your order rushed please contact us beforehand to determine if this is possible.
Do you provide a digital proof?
Generally we do not provide a digital proof as all of our listings come with clear personalization instructions to minimize the potential for error. Not having to wait for a proof also decreases the time it takes for your order to ship. However, you can always request a proof to see how your order will look before it ships. For custom and large orders we generally send a digital proof before moving to production. If a proof is sent, your order will not be processed until it has been approved by you. If your order is time-sensitive please make sure you receive emails from eBay so you can view the proof as soon as we send it (within 24 business hours of order placement).
What is your packaging like?
All of our products are enclosed in clear cellophane sleeves. Larger card sets are contained in clear acrylic boxes. A personal gift message printed on a white flat card is included for free. All of our products are ready for gift-giving and perfect for any occasion. For shipping we use cardboard mailers and corrugated boxes to ensure orders arrive safely and the content stays in perfect condition.
Can I request changes to a design?
Yes, most of our listings already give several personalization options from which you can choose, but if you would like other changes such as a custom font, different color palette, or unique layout, let us know and we'll work with you to turn your ideas into something truly unique.
Will the printed colors look the same as on screen?
There are always differences between the colors on your device's screen and the printed versions. This is due to the technologies used and is unfortunately unavoidable. However, these differences can be small or large depending on your device's manufacturer and settings. To ensure you are seeing the colors as closely matched to the printed version as possible, we recommend you view our eBay page and more importantly your digital proof on a MacBook, iMac, iPad, or iPhone with a Retina quality display. Also make sure you turn off "Night Shift" mode and set the screen brightness to about 70%.
Is your logo printed on the back of your cards?
We print our website in very small light gray writing in the bottom right corner on the back of every card. Let us know if you prefer your cards with a blank back instead.
