Plains Indian Beaded Belt - Vintage & Beautiful!

Presented today is this vintage and very beautiful Plains Indian Beaded Leather Belt. It comes from an estate of a dear, departed friend who was a respected lecturer, teacher and museum curator. She was part Cheyenne, and lectured and demonstrated extensively on Plains Indian cultures. Also, in the 1960's, she
traveled the northern plains on the Pow Wow circuit, participating in dances, either singly or with a dance troupe. i believe this belt dates from that time. The beadwork is in mostly excellent condition, with some tiny bead loss. The belt measures 38 inches in length and 3 inches wide. The leather is as soft as tissue, and the colors are brilliant and beautiful.  Bid with confidence, for as you all know, if the winner is unsatisfied for ANY reason i will immediately return the full purchase price, including return shipping.
