PUREWICK Female External Catheters are an alternative to incontinence pads and indwelling catheters for female patients. Used in hospitals and rehab facilities, these external catheters are also a simple, non-invasive way to manage urinary incontinence and measure urine output from the comfort of home. Designed to keep skin dry by wicking urine away from the body, this reduces the risk of moisture lesions. Easy to use by patients themselves, or for caregivers to assist, these external catheters help make for better sleep at night by reducing nighttime trips to the bathroom-- also decreasing fall risks. These catheters are non-sterile, one size fits most, and are intended for single patient use. Purchased in single units of grey or blue, or as a case of 30 grey catheters, Purewick Female External Catheters are time-saving and easy to manage and help reduce urinary catheter days, thus lowering the risk of CAUTI’s.
