This is USGS Professional Paper 594-J,
Geology of the Mockingbird Gap Quadrangle, Lincoln and Socorro Counties
. Published in 1968, there can’t be many of these around! This 43-page book provides an in depth look at the geology of this interesting and remote area.
This publication comes with all three of the original geologic plates, one of which is a beautiful
    full color map
of the entire quadrangle, covering an area of about 250 square miles. The geology includes Precambrian rocks all the way through rocks of Cretaceous and possibly Tertiary age. There are even ore deposits in the area. Copper deposits of the Estey District occur in the area, and contain minerals such as:
    Hematite
    Pyrite
    Bornite
    Chalcocite
    Covellite
    Chalcopyrite
    Melaconite
    Azurite
    Malachite
It makes for good reading! This is a great opportunity to own a rare publication on a little known area.
