    !! ONLY ONE AVAILABLE!!
This is USGS Professional Paper 205-D,
Late Mesozoic and Early Tertiary History of Central Utah.
    Published in
    1946
, this is a scarce old item. This 45-page details the formations and history of Central Utah. The location map shows the area to encompass quite a large region of Utah all the way to Wyoming and south to Richfield. See the shaded inset map in the second photo for an idea of it.
This report describes the various formations and relations that contribute to our understanding of the geologic history of this beautiful intermountain state.
There also helpful photos of areas showing key features and relationships to surrounding rocks.
I'm sure there are newer books on the topic, but this is cool for being nearly so old. The descriptions are reasonably easy to understand with a basic geology knowledge. All in all a pretty cool vintage item you will enjoy for its history and information. It's hard to find these ephemeral reports these days. They often get taken apart to frame the photos and map. I don't condone that, but it is a driver of price in some of these old reports with nice contents.
