Dakota Floral Beaded Sash / Belt / Bandolier Strap
This loom beaded strap is in a Dakota floral geometric design. The seed beads are on a white ground in a symmetrical pattern using multicolored beads for the floral & Geometric designs. It dates to 1960-70. The strap measures 29" long by 3.75" wide. The loom warp threads are woven with green & red yarn on either side to aid in tying.
Condition is very good, one very small piece (3 beads) is loose, the strap could be worn and used today and would look amazing as part of your collection or as part of your Native American Powwow regalia (see images).
