    Description

    This is a vintage leather and beaded Native American headband. It is designed with 3 thunderbirds on it. It also has 3 lizards like symbols on it. The inside of the band is suede leather and the wide hand stitching can be seen where the bead work is sewn onto it. There is a very small piece of elastic where the two ends meet. I'm not sure of the age of this piece or even what this was made for. It looks like a headband but is rather large at 25 in. long. It is .75 of an inch wide. It looks like it could be Navaho.
