    Description

    This is a vintage Native American hand-beaded belt buckle. Hand beaded with small beads, it is done with nice black and pearly white beads with deerskin on the back. The beads and deerskin cover a substantial metal plate for the buckle. I am unable to identify the artist or Native American tribe responsible for this piece. The buckle measures 3 1/2 inches long by 2 3/4 inches wide and weighs 2.57 ounces. It fits a 1 1/2-inch belt.
    Although in good condition for a vintage and previously owned piece, the buckle is missing two beads on one of the corners which can be seen in the last picture above.
