Vintage Pickwick Ale beer tray
Condition is fair. There are portions of painted graphics missing.
Some water fading and some surface rust. See photos for more detail.
Included: A Pickwick bottle opener.
Graphics include:
Horsedrawn beer wagon pulling to the front of the Boston brewery site.
"Haffenreffer & Co. Inc. Boston, Mass."
"Brewers since 1870"
Tray measures about 12" in diameter
and is about 1.5" deep
Circa 1940-1960. The brewery closed in 1965.
The building still stands, has been renovated and houses many businesses and organizations.
The anchor tenant since the mid-1980s has been the Boston Beer Company brewer of Samuel Adams Beer.
